It's a romance novel set at a science station in Antarctica. I'm about 40% of the way through (since getting a Kindle I count progress in percentages and not pages), and so far it's pretty good. If you guys like it, then I'm glad to have passed along the recommendation. If you don't like it, well, thanks for taking a leap of faith and checking it out anyhow!
It's only out in e-book format, so you need to have the e-reader app on your phone, mobile device or computer if you don't have an e-reader.
My friend's name is Julie Rowe, and her book is called Icebound. It's priced at $3.19 on Amazon right now (limited time offer, I think). It was just released on Tuesday. I'm so excited for her and proud of her that I want to shout it from the rooftops!
