Janis and Nance, I want to thank you for your posts on this subject, even though you don't have to deal with it.
It is something we may have to ALL deal with at some time in our lives, so the more we know about it, the better.
Leslie, thank you for the info you passed on to me, it sure does help to have a friend that knows what is happening, and someone you can talk to.
I know when I was told about me DH having it, it hit me like a Ton of Bricks.
My DH has a Dr appiontment on Monday, and I will ask him what stage Stan is in.
He also, like your MIL, has Diabitis. and will not eat right for it, so that is a problem.
Well that is about all for now, so thanks again for all your posts and input. Hugs Rosalyn
Rosalyn Larson I am so happy to be on Maintenance.
It took 2 years but it was worth it. I am going to keep it in a 5#s range up or down. My Promise is I will never ever do that to myself again-----Rosalyn
