Maybe we need a "beer is my weakness" forum! Ditto here. I found myself "justifying" beer. Bad day at work? Need beer to de-stress. Good day at work? Want beer to celebrate.

Being all vegan, I don't have "bad food" at the house anyway, but you can eat too much of anything...and I then do, after the beer!

Oh yeah I forgot about that, I do that too. I have a beer or two and then think I need to eat and of course I reach for the worst things for me, added to all the empty calories in the beer already and we're headed for disaster. My new strategy is to reward myself with a delicious beer at the end of the week, if and only if I run/jog 5 times during the week...wish me luck!!!

Understandable. Alcohol is one of my biggest derailers. Mostly because I make bad food choices while drinking.

I live in Springfield...out in Thurston neighborhood! I love Oregon and my biggest downfall or weakness has to be chocolate and beer. The pacific NW has so much to offer with its microbreweries I just can't help myself! :)
