The class was a lot of fun and very informational! Roberto walked us through each move, answering questions as we went. It was a beautiful day to start too! The energy was amazing and everyone had a great time!

The classes are on Saturday's 9:00-10:00 in Gabriel Park and will run through August (no class on July 7).

I'll be out there every class. Please stop by and say hi!!

I hope to see you there EVOCHICK! I love how I feel after doing Qigong. I track it in my fitness tracker as "Tai Chi" because they don't have a tracker for it. However, Spark does have a video with one of the Qigong forms. I know the teacher for this class in Gabriel Park. He's awesome!
