So far, this year, we haven't gone two weeks without someone being sick in my house (not an exaggeration at all, I'm afraid). This translates to I'm home with the kids because they're sick and then the following week, I'm sick. I'm so sick of being sick and this year has been the worst!!
This also means my workout schedule is WAY off. I can never get to the gym and when I finally find my groove, we get hit with with the sick again. I miss working out and currently, I'm the one sick (sneezing, congestion, etc).
I don't know what it is about this year that's hit us so hard, but we can't seem to get ahead. At this rate, I won't hit any of my set goals. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
