RMSEWELL - Do you know if you can use stevia instead of agave or maple syrup? I love that it's a gluten free recipe. :)

These may sound a bit strange, but they are very good. I make them with honey, but agave or maple syrup would work just fine as well :)

I like Cathy's suggestion.

I also get Lindt dark chocolate 65% @ rite aid in the alrger bar and keep in the freezer. I ahve only one square at a time if i ahve any at all. I am better at controlling my chocolate intake these days.

For recipes, I would check out the ones here on SP. I personally really like Skinny Cow ice cream sanwiches for 140-150 cal each. Also, sugar free pudding cups are only 60 cal each. With the vanilla pudding cups, I sometimes add fruit and fat free cool whip in layers and make a nice sized parfait (I really like sliced bananas and a crushed up graham cracker with the pudding-YUM!) And when I am low on calories for the day, I find that a no-sugar added cocoa will hit the spot for 50 calories. Hope that helps!

I like to mix Zoi Honey yogurt with fruit, a spoonful of almond butter and some oatmeal to much on. High in fiber and packed with vitamins. Not low calorie, but very satisfying.
