I know this isn't in SW Portland, it is in SE at Portland Adventist. They have a hydrostatic tank. You can get your body fat tested both by hydrostatic (the most accurate) and skinfold at the same time. I think it is still under $50.

For anyone interested in knowing their body composition, I found that the community center operated by Portland Parks & Rec. offers body composition analysis for a very reasonable fee ($7) and has weekend and evening appointments. I will be be very curious to learn my numbers!
