Crystal, LOOKS easy, doesn't it? NOT! To do those work outs correctly is one of the hardest jobs I have ever done. Went to a class in Portland last year with one of the trainers from Texas and treated my daughter to it too for her birthday. I hurt my back right before the class and couldn't do it and got to sit there and watch the sweat DRIP from these gals! It's all about form and if you aren't exhausted and trembling when the workout is done...you probably did it wrong! LOL! Properly done and applied they work wonders though.

Chystal, I know of one. It's a T-Tapp DVD designed for people with health problems, extra weight or 'more candles on their cake'! LOL! And she has 2 large women doing it with her. www.t-tapp.com and click on 'store' on the upper menu and find T-Tapp MORE. Even my chiropractor and his wife do this one and he approves certain moves in it for me. It LOOKS easy but I have never sweat so much standing in one spot in all my life! LOL! Only drawback is it is pretty expensive.

Another place to look would be www.collagevideos.com You might be able to find somehting there. Leslie Sansone has a couple that might work for you. Good luck!

Thanks I found that page pretty quick after I posted BUT how do I put in the exercises I have been doing besides Cardio this is so confusing

Crystal, have you tried any of the exercises listed in the fitness area of spark yet? I think the effort put into them is worth more than anything. Start with what you can and move up from there in small steps it will come. Also have you thought about checking into a class at the swimming pool, they have water aerobics there that are low impact and good for you. Other than that all I can suggest is things like walking at your pace or stationary bikes.

ahhhhhhhh as far as the Non smoking part goes Lori, I am PROUD TO SAY IM SMOKE-FREE with No urges for 7 months now. I keep Mints on hand all the time and gum its an Oral fixation thing since I dont have a cigarette.

Anyone know of a GOOD stretch and Low impact workout Video for people with a substantial amount of weight to lose? I have been Looking for about a week and all I see is 110lb women doing stuff that I cant (at least not yet) I am finding it hard to do most of the exercises because of my size Thank you

ah yes the infamous cheeseburger... nasty little buggers ain't they? I have all but given them up :(. I'm doing ok, would be a lot better if I wasn't sick right now. And of course trying to read what I'm typing through a chicken don't help any either LOL. What I have found to help with the not smoking thing is to keep a water bottle with everywhere, by trying to fulfill spark's quota of water, I don't have time to smoke or eat LOL. Also someone told me that if you tell yourself everyday that you're a non-smoker it helps too. I don't even tell people I used to smoke, I just say I don't smoke. Very cool to see you in this group of all the oregon groups out there. till next time

OH MY GOD. THATS A DAMN TRIP I just saw you the other day. how you doing thats awesome. Yeah I quit smoking 7 months ago and now I gotta lose some weight I have not done so well in the last few months No cigarette so I go for the cheeseburgers

Crystal...Think back to last year's bus drivers for your kids and then look at my face again. Also your husband coached one of my kids in football for 7-oak last year.

I posted a comment on your SparkPage but thought I'd introduce myself here as well. I'm in Lebanon also and have been doing SP for about 2 months or so now. We've met many many many times and if you'll check my sparkpage, you may figure it out.

Crystal I was from Albany Oregon and we use to attend the Grant Church of Christ in Lebanon Oregon.
We want to move back there so bad. My husband has put in for a Federal job in Portland Oregon and my Sister lives in Gladstone close to Portland and her in laws live in Lebanon. Last name is Jones. Don't know if you know them or not.
I just had to say hi since you are from Oregon and hey you hang in there because remember it takes dedication. motivation and determination.

Hi I live in Lebanon, Oregon Im a married Mom of 4 who has recently quit smoking and I am looking for a total Lifestyle Change. I dont want to loose some weight to look Hot for a party or wedding I want to LOSE WEIGHT EXERCISE and Live a Long life. I have a very supportive husband but Unfortunatly No partner to help me on the "I dont want to" days. So I wanted to know if there is anyone else here in the Local area that wants to trade tips maybe get together and go for Walks or do some at home workouts
