My goal for 2007 is to stay on track and keep losing. I would love to see my goal this year.

I'm excited about 2007 because I know that by summer I'll be able to lay out tanning without being horrified by the thought of what I look like. I'm a typical Oregonian and have that glistening white skin everywhere.. Eating better and getting into great shape is my goal..Sleep is good too

One of the things that I am excited about in 2007 is keeping off the weight that I have lost. I have learned so much from SP and I have made a lot of new friends along the way.

Yes! I love it! I'm nearly 30, and so excited for that. And I'm very glad to hear that you're in the same boat, Sundown, and gaining a new, healthy attitude. Way to go.

Now that I'm into a routine of exercising and eating right, my goal is to stick with it! If I could change one thing, it would be to get more sleep.

I know this sounds crazy but turning 40 is exciting for me. My entire life i have eaten poorly and really abused my body so with 2007 it is all about getting healthy and looking and feeling better then i have in the past. No more starvation diets. It is time to get healthy and tone up what i have. emoticon

I was fortunate to receive an MP3 player for Christmas, and I'm excited to work that into exercising. I don't do some things because i get bored, but how can you get bored with Bonnie Raitt wailing in your ear!?

I think what really excites me overall is getting back into feeling good about myself after working out. Having the energy to go and workout and being confident. Plus, the energy I get from it lasts all throughout the day!

I am really excited about exploring a new city and seeing what it has to offer a person trying to lose weight. I think this will be a fun year since I am getting used to Portland and finding my way around.

I think my beagle will be very happy about any new trail I find to take her!

What really excites me is getting hooked on some classes at the health club and meeting some new people. Also, fitting into my favorite clothes again... I really miss them!

What really helps is to have a buddy to work out with.

I've learned that listening to music while working out avoids everyday treadmill boredom.

Hello,
I would like to welcome you into the New Year. In just days past 2007, we find new ideas and goals that break the traditional fitness plan. What type of activities excite you for this new year?
