This is a complete long shot, but I thought I'd put it out there.

I live in SW Portland, and have started running on Fanno Creek Trail starting at Denney Rd. I usually do 1.5-2.5 miles, although the actual run/walk program only lasts for 25 minutes which for me is about 1.5 miles. The rest is cooldown walking.
Is anyone else doing the program and want to join me? I jog so slowly that fast walkers could keep up with me (probably around a 16 min mile). I go MWF.
