50m inchworm + pushup, 5 min muscle-up practice, 5 min rope technique, 5 min TGU practice

Workout
3 rounds for time
row 500m, 3 heavy Turkish Get-Up (each side), 2 rope climb

Cooldown
1 min adductor stretch with strap
1 min ITB stretch with strap
1 min scorpion pose
1 min hip external rotation on box
