That sounds awful but I do understand. Went for xrays today to see what's going on with my hip. I'm hoping to get in shape for the Pre in Sept (walk not run). We shall see.

I love the Leslie Sansone DVD's. It's all you said it was and the shower's down the hall. Keep up the good work. You have a lot more stamina than I do. I've had four MAJOR set backs in my life that has prohibited me from exercise for going on 1 1/4 years!!! darn!!!

I walk with Leslie Sansone Walk at Home DVDs ...too much rain and I fell on uneven cement when I was walking outside. I walk/jog 5 "miles" inside. Springtime I do some outside walking. Summer is too hot. Fall is good. Winter is too wet. Inside is always just right! Shower is just down the hall when I get sweaty!!

I am having to convert my running to walking by default of knee injury. My goal is to walk 4 mile every day.

My goal is to first get back in the habit of walking :) I'm am taking the 10-minute challenge and it really helps me to know that it is only 10 minutes of pouring rain that I have to suffer through :)
