The Steam and Sauna comes only after my workout and seems to help relax me. I just hope it doesn't dehydrate me to much. I normally drink plenty of water after my workout and during the steam and sauna as well as afterwards. I will continue my search for information.
sOUND GOOD, BUT THE ONLY THING I KNOW IS WHEN I WAS DOING THAT AFTER ABOUT THE FOURTH TIME I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT WAS HELPING ANY. WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS WOULD RATHER DO THE TREADMILL, AND OTHER THINGS THEN JUST SHOWER AND GO...IT HARD TO BELIEVE THE INTERNET WITH ALL THE INFORMATION SIGHTS SOMEWHERE WOULDN'T TELL YOU ABOUT THE STEAM AND SAUNA. HOPE SOMEONE ELSE WILL COME AND HELP FOR MAYBE I SHOULD GO BACK TO DOING THEM...WILL HAVE TO SEE WHAT OTHERS SAY...THANKS FOR ASKING...

Generally when I visit my Gym I spend about 15 min. in each, the steam room then the sauna. I have done some research on the Internet health sites looking for information. Not much info out there regarding health benefits, positive or negative. Helps me to relax. Has anyone been able to find out from a verifiable source?
