Ok, do you see my picture? If you put your cursor over it and click it takes you to my Spark Page. You should ahve one like it as well. If you don't want a picture of you on it you can put somethign else on there. Go to www.sparkpeople.com and near the top you should find "create my spark apge" Or "Edit my spark apge"

wow, scary, and what a reminder
it is always hard with little ones in strollers and the baggage to take public transportation like buses and trains and even airplanes
