You will love Taebo. I wish my vcr and not quit working on me. I use to do Taebo three times a week. I am thinking about getting Billy Blanks Boot Camp. Just have to check on the price, and then I can get started again, along with going for my 2.5 mile walks.

I hate to admit I laughed a little about the snake. Although if it where me and my house I wouldn't be laughing.
Walking for me isn't burning enough cal. either so I am trying an Windsor Pilates fat burning dvd. Between the heat here and sweating from the workout I should have dropped 10lbs this morning.

Well, after yesterday fiasco of 3000 calories, and no excercise, I am doing better. I took the dog for a short walk, and I am still under 1100 for the day, even with the Spicy Thai Kettle Chips, that are soooooo good, but they come two servings to a bag, and I can't stop at one, and I don't have a scale here at work to portion them out so I just eat the whole bag and log it in my journal. I am going to order Tae Bo today, because when I look it up on my fitness tracker, and put in 30 minutes, it says I have burne 489 calories, so yeah, that is awesome. Walking isn't enough, it doesn't really get my heart rate up, and I hate, hate, hate running. It just hurts too much

On a totally different note, my 14 year old, 6'2" son saw a snake in the house, a would not get off the couch. And I am here at work. He sounded so scared. I felt so bad for him, but I was trying not to laugh. It was a tiny little garden snake. My mom went over and she couldn't find it. Now he won't go into the house, so he is at my mom's. Thank goodness she lives close.

Have a great Tuesday everyone!!!

Remember:
You are not the number on the scale
You are beautiful
Treat yourself everyday. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!

Now if I could just remember these things........
