Welcome, Dalton. You can also do food groupings so as to save time when you prepare a dish the same way. Enter the ingredients as was mentioned earlier and then just make sure you save them to Favorites, then as you enter your group, it will have you get your ing. Make sure to check the box for searching user entered foods.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

go to nutrition page, and click on add food. then click on foods not listed. then list the nutrition lable, and add then close it will take a few times to get the hang of it, it took me awhile, good luck
