Welcome, Dalton. You can also do food groupings so as to save time when you prepare a dish the same way. Enter the ingredients as was mentioned earlier and then just make sure you save them to Favorites, then as you enter your group, it will have you get your ing. Make sure to check the box for searching user entered foods.
go to nutrition page, and click on add food. then click on foods not listed. then list the nutrition lable, and add then close it will take a few times to get the hang of it, it took me awhile, good luck

I am very happy to join this team. I am having difficulty entering my foods. For example today I made a low fat angel hair pasta with shrimp and vegetables and a smart choise primavera sauce but I am unable to enter it. Any hints?
