Today is the day that I will cut out all the mindless snacking! Every morsel that hits my lips will be accounted for. (I'm thinking this mindless blt's (bites,licks,tastes) is defeating my weight loss efforts). I will have only alloted snacks starting this day and going forward.

I am up and trying to think on how to start. so I figured out breakfast and I also need to work on my online class. going to try to do some form of exercise even if I have to sit to do it. Looking forward to learning this site and how it all works there is so much!
