For myself, if I can focus for a complete day, I feel like I've accomplished something.. And I tell myself when I think I absolutely have to have something I shouldn't that I'll "have it tomorrow" - well, then tomorrow becomes today... so I don't have it and I've usually forgotten about it anyhow. I'm just plugging along day by day!

Isn't it wonderful to know that every new day; is an only for today! Only for today, I am going to do some stretches and not worry about not being able to touch my toes, but focus on how wonderful it is to have the opportunity to try.

I am posting here to help keep myself accountable for the day -- only one day at a time. I will not overeat today for comfort, distraction, fatigue or to push down feelings so I can't feel them. I will be with my feelings, experiencing them, and ask God for His help in dealing with them instead of using food to temporarily distract myself.
