For myself, if I can focus for a complete day, I feel like I've accomplished something.. And I tell myself when I think I absolutely have to have something I shouldn't that I'll "have it tomorrow" - well, then tomorrow becomes today... so I don't have it and I've usually forgotten about it anyhow. I'm just plugging along day by day!
