Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

You might try the Quick Tracker on the Start page...you write out what you did and enter the time separately. That's what I use.

It's foolish to ask God to direct your steps, if you aren't willing to move your feet.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to edit how many minutes you did strength training. I have spark plan out some of the exercises I do, and it counts each one as 5 minutes, which is close enough to accurate. I also do the 20 minute dumbell video, but it still only counts this as 5 minutes. Anyone know how I can customize this to report the full 20 minutes?
