My husband is probably my best supporter in a physical sense...encouraging me and taking care of me...but my cheerleaders are here on Spark and as DebbieAnne says....look at my page and blogs...you'll see where my cheerleaders are....right here.

It's foolish to ask God to direct your steps, if you aren't willing to move your feet.
My husband is definitely my biggest cheerleader. He's always telling me how proud he is and giving me compliments. It really keeps me going.
I have a dear friend who lives right downstairs from me who encourages me every day. Also, the other SP members on my teams are very supportive, too.
When I talk about it, my 12-Step Sponsor is also very supportive.
And, of course, my Higher Power!

My daughter, Cara. She introduced me to this site. Check out her SparkPage-CARAJOANN.
My daughter Elani... she's always encouraging and supportive.
I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see.

Actually my biggest support has actually been my three wonderful children. My youngest loves to exercise with me in the mornings, our PE. My other two love to help me make healthy snacks. My husband, mom and a couple fo my friends and other sp members help me too.

My husband by far.
He sees me when I'm down -- he cheers me up.
He seesm me when I succeed -- he celebrates with me.
When I am weak -- he reminds me to be strong.
When I want to do more -- he pushes me to do it.
Also my team Keeping the Faith, has an amazing group of women that are always so encouraging!

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

Just look at the comments on my page and blog comments. I try to be there for everyone as well and encourage them in their journey. It's gret comments that keep me going. In my childhood and youth I ahd never been given compliments on anything I did. Only complaints and nagging. So today I gleam with pleasure when i am cheered. It's all good.

I don't have one.
When I need someone I get out pen and paper, or run to my blog here.

I don't have anyone. My mom comments on how good I look (when I see her, but she is now gone until April) and the ladies in the office at school rave about how I look. That's it!
I was thinking this morning about all of the folks who are helping and encouraging me on this journey, and my sister-in-law, Ana, popped into my head as my #1 best, all-time greatest cheerleader. She knows where I am coming from and knows when to encourage or kick me. Although we live hundreds of miles apart, we keep in touch daily (thanks to cheap technologies like cell phones and email). I couldn't do this without Ana.
So who is your #1? To whom do you turn when it gets tough, or you make a tiny little accomplishment, and you KNOW this person will celebrate with a ticker-tape parade?!
