"Now if someone can tell me how to eat all those great cheeses..............."

Then you haven't tried Laughing Cow? www.laughingcow.com/

Cheese is my greatest addiction. I could eat a 2 pound block in 3 days. Oh how I LOVE cheese! And how I adore Laughing Cow. The little light cheese wheels are only 50 calories. And a wedge of the spreadable light is only 35. And the regular cheeses they make are pretty decent too, and all ready portioned. It comes on sale pretty often here which pleases my budget. I grate them over my salads and potatoes, have them for snack, put it on crackers. Sooooo good. By far the best "light" cheese I've ever had (and I tried all of them that I could find!).

I'm not very big on chocolate, just don't like the taste really, and when I do crave it I usually want something lighter in taste. One thing I've learned to do is buy chocolate that comes in pieces (Twix, Kit Kat) and to either dole it out to a piece or two a day or give away the extra.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

Sadly, chocolate is kind of a no no for me. I'm a fairly newly diagnosed Diabetic (1st year) and I am trying to figure out how to control my sugars AND be happy.

ooh I love the 3 musketeer's mint, chocolate AND mint, perfection. It's 150 calories

for chocolate and caramel, I love 100 Grand, but it's 190 calories.

Ooh candy, so tasty, but I don't indulge often. =)

I'm not a big chocolate fan (get that, but give me cheese) but when I do get cravings I've learned that 3 musketeers are a good bet. I keep a 10 pack of minis in my desk. Now if someone can tell me how to eat all those great cheeses...............

There is this candy from Mars called Fling. It has 170 calories for two sticks of twix sized candy with a light truffle inside. The great thing is, it REALLY does take care of the chocolate cravings. When I need chocolate even a hershey bar doesnt do it for me, but this does and is way less calories! I orderd some online, it comes in reg, dark and hazlenut. Our local wal-mart has them too. they saved me seaveral hunderd calories today! Thought maybe they could help you too!
