I have to say walking is the best, but I do use weights and the ball a couple times a week.

I love walking. Can't do running and aerobic classes were never for me. But get me on an open trail and I can go forever :)

When the weather is warm I absolutely love to hike or ride my bike with Biscuit.
When it's cold I very much enjoy the elliptical with my Ipod on a great audiobook.

I forgot to say that I love cycling. But in my climate it is something I can only do in the summer and early fall. There is nothing better than a ride through the farmlands here.

I walk because it's virtually free, but if I had my choice of machines I'd be rowing.
I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see.

I LOVE walking to DVDs especially LESLIE SANSONE DVDs. I thought I would try one since I got it really cheap. I had nothing to lose. It was a 3 mile walk/dumbbell exercise one. The first day I just did a mile...it was fun...I didn't think I could do more. The next day I decided to "watch" the second and third miles but ended up doing them!! I LOVED it! I am now a LESLIE fan and walk every day without fail!! Today I walked 7 miles...6 with DVDs and 1 with my pedometer just around town...shopping etc.
NEW? I really enjoyed the kick boxing part of the boot camp challenge...hmmmmmm maybe I'll try it some time!!

I do the light one's I picked out when I joined Spark America. I had to get easy ones that wouldn't do more damage to my body and set my Fibromyalgia off.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. When I first lost the weight I was surprised to find that I enjoyed weight training so much. I also learned how to inline skate and loved it.
a few years ago I was into running. I never thought I'd enjoy that, but at that I did very much and I'll never forget the feeling it gave me.
What I like best are dancing, yoga, and kickboxing, but none of those surprised me, I expected to like them because they are things I have always either done or thought of doing.

I don't much like anything but water aerobics, Dance Dance Revolution and Tae Kwon Do (a real class of adults, not a video).

I have been enjoying getting up to speed as a "runner" (jogger/trotter for normal-length legged people!) I never thought of myself as a runner, but I'm actually enjoying it.
What kind of exercise are you finding fun - and maybe a bit surprised that you like it? Running? Elliptical? Step aerobics? Weight Training?
Let us know. Maybe you're passion for your exercise will inspire someone else to try it!
