I ended up using some more of my bag of shredded cabbage with the burger. It was a pretty good meal.

I cut the potatoes into chunks, used 1/2 tsp beef granules, added 2 tsp garlic and 2 tsp worcestshire. Everyone in the house liked it.

Hmmmm. I have a pound or so of ground beef in the fridge left over from our hamburgers two nights ago. I need to come up with some plan for it. I do have two packages of hamburger helper (salty) and might use one. We'll see.

my husband LOVES our foreman grill. I never use it, but then I'm not a fan of meat!

5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!
