I ended up using some more of my bag of shredded cabbage with the burger. It was a pretty good meal.

I cut the potatoes into chunks, used 1/2 tsp beef granules, added 2 tsp garlic and 2 tsp worcestshire. Everyone in the house liked it.

I really want a Foreman grill!

Tonight we're having chicken breasts, roasted red potatoes (with garlic and basil), and brussel sprouts.

My steaks will be sprinkled with Cajun seasoning and then grilled on the Forman. And my veg today is Steamfresh green beans. Yummmmm.
