Just woke up from another nap. Man I hate being sick. I think I'll see the doc tomorrow - this doesn't feel like just a cold. Been too long. Already called out of work for tomorrow. I need to eat something!

Hi everyone! I have been out shopping today...Kohls is having a sale so I decided to go and get the boys some things for school. I also picked up some groceries and I did NOT buy any pop. I told my husband when it is gone then that is it. I need to stop so I am going to cut down these next few days. I am sure I will be grumpy but what is new.

I am usually up early these days because of the new puppy. I am not a morning person either. I have been so tired lately. Ugh!

Off to go do some yard work now.

Liisa - I already did the Exercise of the Day! I love being able to bring up the exercise demo and just follow along. My computer is in the kitchen, so I did the EOTD while I was waiting for the timer to go off (I was grilling some chicken). I still have to do some sort of exercise routine yet today. Maybe some yoga later.

Hope you get well soon, Liisa. If you have to call off work, so be it. You need to take care of yourself, you know.

I hope I am posting in the right place. I am a former Marvelous Matey. My membership expired and I did not renew. About the same time, my computer blew up and I lost all my email address. So my former team thinks I just disappeared. Thankfully, Susan emailed me and invited me to explore over here. I like what I have seen so far. There is a lot to read and figure out. I am glad to see so many familiar faces and look forward to getting to know the rest. I am off to do some more exploring.

I love the healthy lifestyle scale! It made me feel really good about yesterday. I didn't have a great day (I am sick) but when I put my info in I was like *yay!* So that was nice.

Today I am starting my morning with 2 scrambled eggs and some juice. Eating is tough as my throat is swollen. I hope I start feeling better so I don't have to call out of work for tomorrow. I *HATE* doing that.

Who plans to do the exercise of the day????

Good Morning to you too!!!

I like to get up early as well nowadays, I am just still not quite a morning person. I like quiet time and of course MY MORNING COFFEE.
Today I have to sort through clothing. There are clothes that are too big that I will have to donate. Clothes that simply need to be thrown out because they are simply too old, too stained or whatever and SHOULD NOT MOVE...*G*

I didn't sleep as well as I should, but..I go through phases like that at times..

the one goal I have today besides eating right is to make sure I get in 30 minutes of some type of exercise in!!!

I want to be good to myself..*S*
