Okay everyone, I see that there have rarely been posts here on our team... and that's including no posts from me, your leader. I haven't been around but I hope to change things. Let's see if we can start hitting our weekly spark log in goals, along with any other goals we all may have set. Also, if you all think it's a good idea maybe we can start having weekly post topics. Just to get us talking about whatever: nutrition, exercise, weather, the beach, new experiences... anything to get some camaraderie and support going between us.
