Had my first visit with the surgeon, the exercise pro, and a few other program specialists last week. I have a lot to do. But then again, I've ALWAYS had a lot to do. Just haven't always done it well.

For today, my plan is to:

1. Swim this evening (aerobically :D)

2. Eat well...like REALLY well...no cheats!

3. Keep a positive outlook.

4. Get 7 hours of sleep tonight.

Treadmill: 10% Incline, 2.5 mph (24 minutes per mile) emoticon
Seated Lat Pulldown Machine Sets: 2 Reps: 10 Weight: emoticon
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press Sets: 3 Reps: 10 Weight: emoticon
Lying Leg Press on Sled Machine Sets: 5 Reps: 10 Weight: emoticon

Planet Fitness was giving a free day workout, so I took advantage and worked out over an hour emoticon
