I planned on a healthy weekend but ended up in ER with my Aunt. Her blood pressure was a bit wacky and she was dizzy, so at her doctor's request, we went to ER for some testing. She is fine. Dehydration which doesn't surprise me as the woman hates to drink water. I have my work cut out for me to get her on the healthy road!
Have been doing great with my eating and exercise while away from home! Plan to utilize the Apt complex weight machines while here!
Since I'm returning to full-time work on Monday, I have plans over this weekend to get some things done that I've been putting off for awhile, like going through my closet and dresser to reorganize, identify some things to take to Goodwill, and generally prepare for the new routine. I'm going to stay active - NO couch potato sessions! - and only eat at mealtimes (with the exception of my protein supplements). I just received new Zumba music, so I'll go over that as well, and try out the choreography from the DVD. Some time outdoors, too!
I plan to do two workouts this morning. The first one is the heavy duty workout from my personal trainer. The second one is aqua fit - I love this class and this will be my post intense workout treat! I'm also "earning my way" on dinner out with my husband. We are going to a favorite restaurant for our deferred Valentine's Day celebration. I'll still eat in moderation but plan to order whatever I want!
Tomorrow I plan to do the intense workout again and then will cook a healthy soup and a healthy entree (probably Ratatouille) for easy meals at work this week.
