Congrats to all three of you! Great job(s)!!!

I'm 8 months out - the eating is getting better (how to and what to eat)

It has all been worth it, for me, anyways. Love the new energy!

I just had my surgery on 12/17/12 and am on a liquid diet until I see my surgeon-1st visit post-op on Jan 3rd. They ended up taking out my Gall Bladder as well due to the gallstones they found on the ultrasound. Off work until the end of January.

Right now I could pretty much mug for fat-free refried beans! emoticon

I had bypass surgery almost 8 weeks ago. Had a complication while I was in the hospital. It was corrected and 2 days later I went home. At first I took it a little easy but now I am active again. I bought and ride a stationary bike. I had my surgery do to my health and was not quite the weight that is required. I now have no diabetes, no nothing lol. I take 3 pills a day compares to 35 a day and shots. Last time I was at the doctors I had lost 51&1/2 pounds, I don't weigh myself but once a month, because I don't want to get caught up on numbers. I use to have eating disorders so its best for me this way. I feel great & would do it again. I am setting a goal weight in Feb when I see my doctor. I have me back again. Weight will come off as long as I eat correctly and exercise.
