Hi folks! Newbie here! Just joined today, and decided to live a healthier life. My name is Chris. I weigh 320lbs, have HBP, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, acid reflux, and lactose intolerance. Lucky me! Surprisingly, however, no diabetes. Doctor recommended "Dash" diet, so I've cut out pork and salt, and switched to no-salt substitute. My problem isn't WHAT to eat, it's always been how MUCH AND WHEN. I know I have to drink more water/day. I know I want off these meds before the years up. I know I can be more diligent in my efforts. I know I would appreciate any advice from current members.
