I too have high BP and struggle with high cholesterol. Just today I heard Gwen Olsen speaking about how medications can be detrimental to lowering both. Looks like I need to bite the bullet and use diet and exercise to regulate both. High fibre has been known but strength training is new to me.
Any suggestions for diet and exercise will be greatly appreciated.
