going to have to look that one up the whole family likes broc, and rice might be a winner here. right now i have collard greens in the crock pot made with no salt added and unsalted chicken stock we will see if they come out..(fingers crossed). also have black beans and rice simmering on the stove..I must say the house smells really good.

Ok this is for the weekly challenge: found recipe on sparkpeople recipes Broccoli and Rice Bake made it tonight (wed), was OK, not to hard to make, would make it again on a scale of 1-5 would make it a 3

Oh my gosh I am coming to your house for dinner. I was debating on whether to cook or not this evening. If I did I was going to make GOULASH....and a nice spinach salad. Nothing to much. I can always set it aside and eat out...if you are inviting. hehe!
