Me too. Exercising EVERYDAY now - really aware and conscientious.
New though, the wild exercises are out (heart etc) however, throughout the day I have been up and down stairs, walking about, using the exercise to spring clean bit by bit, still putting together yet more things for charity shops here. All good isn't it? Must admit few days things jumping and rest vital but, still doing bits early or later to a degree and working those arms and legs when in bed too!
Pretty determined - struggling with diet here and there (snacks not perfect) but 2 dinners out of 3 big bowl home made soup - 5/6 vedg.few lentils and splosh olive oil - very filling and hope this is good way to start in there.
