I try to exercise and take a walk every day. But at the very least, I will take a walk at least once a day. I have not been feeling great the past few days, but I did take a walk. Will definitely do better tomorrow.

I cleaned out 10 stalls today re-bed them filled waters...walked 10 horses one at a time to a back field....and cleaned up the medicine cabinet in the barn...I think that counts as exercising.

I admit it I have been sluggish and not pulling my weight...but I have been trying to take control of my cholesterol and blood pressure. I also dropped 39 lbs....and plan to keep it up. I was away and did a lot of walking...(a whole lot of walking). I have changed about 60 percent of my bad eating habits...and I plan to tackle that more too. I am just now planning to stop drinking soda all together. That will be my hardest quest because I am a PEPSI addict.

I will be here more often and try to catch up on everything going on. I hope you all enjoyed your winter as much as I did. I spent all 4 months in Las Vegas....not too hot and most certainly not too cold.

Walking everyday I wear a pedometer. I strive to make 10,000 steps a day. It is not easy on hot work days. So if I cant walk at work I swim when I get home.

No...my cholesterol was up to 302 today....I am back on meds for a while I guess. I sure want to get off them but first I need to get down so I can do it safely without worry and insulin.
