Welcome to the team! I have High Blood pressure and my bad Cholesterol is high. About losing weight. MOVE MORE and EAT LESS. When I say to eat less, eat balanced diet, in the calorie range that SP recommends. Don't skip meals. As to Moving... I exercise 4-5 times a week. Recommended is 30 minutes but start with any exercise. Even 10-15 minutes daily is a good start. Join the Team challenge below on the team page.
