Daisy,
Thanks a lot! It is my first time trying to follow a diet and using instructions from a web.
This is very helpful to feel that we are in a team!
During this first week I am more conscious and I am pay attention of what I am eating and for me that work a lot and eat on my desk this is very important.
Cecilia.

Mayoman-what a great job you are doing! Congrats! Keep up the good work!

Ceso, welcome to the team. If you follow the Spark plan, I think you'll see improvements in your health as most of us have! Good luck!

Hello,
Thanks for your advise! It is the first time that I have the cholesterol to high (240) and this year I started with several episodes of high pressure too!
The problem for me is that I practice a lot of sport (running 3-4 times a week, tennis twice a week ) and for that it is more complicate to find a natural way to reduce these values.
In my case the genetic and the stress are the components related with.
The information on this site is very good and it is the first time that I try to follow a diet and learn from the others to find a solution.
Ps. If my english has errors, sorry but I am from Argentina.
Ceso

I have been terrible about posting but my 10k steps/day desire was genuine. Here are the results. Up to over 20k/day, just by changing my routine. Lost 20% of my body weight. BP from stroke level to 127/72 (at the dr's office...a bigee for me) cholesterol from 244 to 130. GOUT....GONE. Uric acid at the bottom of the scale. Three medications discontinued. I am looking at the big 60 years young and I feel better than I did at 30. Walking was the secret for me. Now I can't seem to get enough of it and I am amazed at some of the silly pleasures I am now getting because of it.
