Hi your doing really well you have lost a great amount of weight, I have 20lbs to lose and it is taking me forever I go up an ddown like a yoyo. I really want to get a hold of this and get to my goal, I have a treadmill I go on everyday and I really try and get my 10,000steps in aday, it is the eating I have to watch as I like any and all food sugar and salt.

I have been an active member of SP since February of '10, when I discovered that SP was one of few sites I could access while at work emoticon What can I say, it was a tedious job and I don't work there anymore anyway. I was tired of squeezing into my pants, and lugging around the extra lbs. I started halfheartedly tracking my food and water, mainly just being sure I was eating more fruits and vegetables. I love the tracker.

I started out at 230 lbs, today I weighed in at 190. emoticon

At points in my life, this wouldn't do. So SLOWWWWWW! Now, being closer to 50, and with health issues, this is GREAT! 40 lbs down, 15 to goal. I am wearing size 14 Levi's, albeit the ones with a bit of stretch (can't seem to find any other kind these days). That's ok with me. I am 5'9", so I can get away with it.

I have MS, so I can't walk fast enough to get much exercise that way, which makes the going slower. I do ride my recumbent exercise bike at least 4 times a week though, so I do get some cardio, thank goodness.

It is Sat here now so our weekend is over and yours has started so have a great one, I have a treadmill and I love it as here it gets to hot to walk during the day and we have to wear a Abiya which is black so I go on my treadmill or walk at night , the best thing I brought was my Pedometer I try and get 10,000 steps in everyday and you can do this running around after your grankids or even doing house walk if I haven't got the 10,000 steps in thatt day I walk up and down our hall way until I do. emoticon emoticon
(Thats me walking on my treadmill and up and down my hall way LOL) but yes we will have big smiles on our faces when we reach goal. emoticon

WE ARE HERE ROSIE AND WE ARE DOING IT! YEAHHHHH US! I had a busy day today! I went to a dietician at mt Dr. advice! She said I know more than she does and that my problem was not food but exercise! soooo. I do have a treadmill and it is all dusty! lol I guess i will have to reintroduce myself to it! LOL have a sweet day Rosie! Now I know how you got your name! You truly are sweet! Hello looks like you have everything in control Linda hope you had a great day. Our weekend is nearly over here as the weekend here are Thurs and Friday. Hope to go for a walk to night we can't go during the day as it is to hot and we have to wear a Abaya (long blackerobe) when we go outside, so we do most of our walking at night it is still hot about 110 (45c) but the sun isn't out.

Hello everyone I don't count calories I count points (WW old points) but my points add up to about 1,400 calories it is just nice to report in most days and say hello to everyone and see how everyone is going.
Yesterday I stuck to my day of healthy living so that is day 5 for me.

I MET A LADY TODAY THAT SAID SHE NEVER JOINED BECAUSE SHE DID NOT FIT INTO THE CALORIC RANGE OF OUR TEAM! I MYSELF DID NOT! I WAS USING 1500 CALORIES SOOOOOOOO I HAVE MADE OUR TEAM CALORIE SPARKERS!
