Its been a long time. Im severely depressed and havent been here. I havent really gained any weight..just trying to overcome my health problems and my mental stability. Sigh, im a terrible team leader and I hope you all will have patience with me till I get things together. I know you are all doing well. Have a blessed weekend.

well did 20 min on the bike this morning and did strength training...somehow I am going to lick my night eating..that is what is making me gain weight...next week i hope to increase my days at the gym

sorry everyone.. I havent been posting..ate some cajun spiced sausage on wednesday and had the worst stomach flu since I went to africa a few years ago..im finally up and around..still on sugar free pudding, jello and frozen yogurt, plus milk toast..have a nice weekend everyone

3/13/09 I stayed under 1000 calories..that is a miracle..but I know its because I wasnt feeling well today..I wish I could eat like this all the time..smiles..I would lose my weight in no time..be blessed everyone

hi sharon..I was put on a 1200 calorie by my doctor so I am on it for a while..I usually dont keep it at 1200..sometimes its up to 1300..I try to keep breakfast at 2-250 calories, lunch around the same..I have something low calorie around 3 and then dinner...then around 11 i have green tea or low calorie hot chocolate..green tea is good to have at meals too because it helps with weight loss...i dont know if this helps..I will try to log my food tomorrow..u can take a look at it..blessings...amy

Well that is great.....because I need to be accountable to someone. I would like to know or see anyone's food diary for diets under 1200 calories. Maybe I can learn something. Just a curious though....how long do you stay on the 1200? Any tips or suggestions that you would like to share would be wonderful

Hi sure you can check-in on thursday...i have one for each day of the week...I try to check in everyday but some days I just dont get here..(today my mother had surgery so ive been in the car most of the day..smiles..let me know how you are doing..I also love to hear how others are doing on their weight loss!

Hi Everyone

I know this topic if Friday Check in....but I was wondering if I can check in on Thursday? Is there anyone else that checks in on Thursday?

I know this thread is titled "Friday Check-In", but I like to check in daily to stay accountable.

I ate 1203 yesterday. Swam 30 minutes in the morning and rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes in the evening. No junk food streak going strong!

I weighed myself early last night..I weigh 238..I havent lost any weight or gained while I was sick..so I am happy...

I stayed under 1200 yesterday. Grand total was about 1050. I also did 30 minutes on the elliptical and had no junk food.

Day 1 down, the rest of my life to go :)

Well I am 4 calories over my 1200 limit. That is pretty good. I feel a little bit thinner so I am going to try to weigh myself tomorrow.
