I would say eat as many raw fruits and vegetables as you can. Pack apples and oranges and fresh veggies to take with you. I also have found that taking every opportunity to exercise while traveling is key. For me, poor fitness creates poor eating habits. Also, don't forget to drink your water. Have fun on your trip. I would love to go to Vancouver sometime!
I'm looking forward to going to Vancouver, BC this weekend but I'm dreading the prospect of being lured by all the yummy places where my husband wants to eat. Does anybody have any advice on how to avoid too many weekend calories when you're out of your element and full facing temptation?
