I made it through the weekend. In fact I was so worried about it that I was extra careful and I lost 3 lbs!! I'm sure ill gain some of it back cause I just don't drop three lbs in one day so I'm only going to count 2 lbs.
I Hate the weekend!! I did great all week. Lost 3 Ibs, was so happy. Then the weekend comes and we have special breakfast, then my hubby brews beer and brought some home. We bake for my sons weekly lunches, and when its all said and done I've gained weight. Even went on a 4 mile bike ride, didn't help!!

Today was one of those days it was more difficult than other weekend to keep my mouth closed.... I even wanted to cry... Today I felt that all my effort was worthless... I didn't brake my diet... But you know... Is one of this days...
I have the same problem! I do really well during the week, but when the dreaded three days arrive, I stumble. Even when plans might not involve food I manage to make them that way. I lapse in judgement. I can eat really well before I get there, but the minute a food choice arrives: busted! You have a good plan: log your food before you get the chance to eat...smart!!
I'm super worried about this coming weekend. I also do awesome during the week....and then the weekend is here. This coming weekend starts tomorrow (Friday). I have something going on for the next 3 days that will all include food. I seem to not be able to control myself when there is alot of food around. Tomorrow I have a murder mystery dinner to go to, I know what is on the menu at least, so I'm hoping to put my food in before I go and that's all I eat. Saturday I have another get together to go to that will also include food. Again, hoping to put in what I should eat before I go. And then again on Sunday, I have bunco and that always includes food as well. I have been trying to just stay out of the kitchen because that's when I seem to eat more than normal. I'm really hoping I do good this weekend! This is gonna be a huge challenge for me!
You gotta do what you gotta do!

I do really well on weekends in the exercise department because I teach during the week but I have chosen the weekends to splurge a little because I am very strict on my self in the diet department throughout the week. I walked 4 miles on saturday and enjoyed every minute of it!
Ugh!! Did really well on Friday and Saturday...then Sunday: after church we hosted a "cookie walk". Many members baked cookies, dropped them before service and BAM! Right after service, we bought a brown lunch bag for $5. We could put however many cookies we could fit, into our bags. I managed to forget all sbout restraint! Then, lastnight, we hosted a surprise party for one of our neighbors. We had a 5 layer chocolate cake. Thank God it was a Dr. Oz recipe that was healthy! (chocolate cupcake cut in half instead of giant chocolate size) We used fancy cryatal goblet type bowls, and added the ingredients of berries, flax seed, crushed Fiber One cereal instead of toasted oats, ricotta, greek yogurt, agave nectar and crushed walnuts. The healthiest foods of my day! Next weekend I will plan things that don't sabotage me! How was everyone else's?

Well sign up on Friday with weekend weight buster, and this weekend didn't go well. Eating out on Friday night indulge a bit too much. Saturday basketball game did it again with the nachos. Sunday stay on plan. So I'm at 30% on where I want to be. I didn't make a plan ahead for my weekend. I know having no plan is a plan to fell. Change needed- a plan for the weekend. Focus on my weight loss goal Thursday to make the Friday the catalyst for change.
