I made it! I got to the gym, stuck a couple of dumbells in a backpack and "hiked"on a treadmill for 55 minutes. I'm very proud of myself.

My week too has been off. DD#1 has had a stomach virus since Tuesday so working out hasn't been the greatest nor has my eating. I'm thinking she is finally getting better and that should help just hope everyone else stays healthy. My goals are to get a walk in sometime today, trainer tomorrow and some healthy eating. My hip has been bothering me so I'm trying to lay off the running to see if that helps. I just signed up for first 5k and now my hip hurts!

I am so happy right now...my annoying and extremely loud neighbors (and I mean loud for Jersey) are moving out!

I've been "off" all week, as midterms had me stressed and I didn't prepare, food-wise, for the week.

This weekend I'm planning on getting some goals together for this month, working on school stuff and going a Yankee game on Sunday. (Please God...let the weather be good.)
