Okay, the moment of truth ... I gained 1/2 pound, but lost 1 inch. I spend 2 hours last night trying on clothes to pack for the cruise. Not as disappointing as I thought it would be ... and I've still got 3 weeks to kick it into gear and firm up those thighs!

Welcome back ~ I'm with everyone else ... this page lets us share how hard the weekends are and maybe get some inspiration to do better next time. I think my biggest problem is the thought that I can start over on Monday. But I guess if we do good all week, the weekends can be indulged (like saving points or something). However, my weekends are 3 days long, so I have more time to be tempted. The only thing that keeps me on track is that I tend to burn a lot of calories over the weekend with golf and now with the better weather, riding my beach cruiser bike. This past weekend was especially bad with dinner parties & a crab feed. Hopefully my weigh-in tomorrow won't be too bad! LOL

Julie--enjoy the concert. I'm sure it's going to be great!

I'm going to stay in tonight and try to finish up a Sociology paper and take an online test. Tomorrow I'll play catch on some personal reading before mapping out a schedule to study for a Geology midterm. Sunday is Medieval Times and grocery shopping. Hopefully I will get some exercise in there as well.

On a grateful note...got my tints on my car yesterday. This morning a county cop pulls me over for speeding and careless driving. (I was going 50 in a 25 and did swerve into oncoming traffic to get around a "slow" driver.) That would be six points on my license. THANK GOD the cop came back with a $45 tinted window ticket!!

Welcome back KB1018! It's great having you back.
Busy weekend ahead....Kenny Chesney concert tonight so excited emoticon . Get back tomorrow and hopefully get some form of excerise and then off to a surprise party for a friend and pretty sure I will be drinking beer emoticon . I'm really looking forward to a night out with old friends. I just hope I can just have a few so I can meet with my trainer on Sunday. I keep telling myself to be mature about it and only drink 3 or 4....we shall see beer is one of my downfalls! The weekend will definitely be challenge!

Well, my weekend is fairly low-key and I'm looking forward to it. Tonight, Chris and I will probably just hang out and have a few drinks. Tomorrow will probably be my chore day. I've got a list of stuff to get done and Chris is going out with a buddy of his, so I'll have the house to myself for a few hours emoticon
Nothing going on Sunday either except a little work and finishing any unfinished chores.

Of course, I'm planning on heading to the gym both days. Well, I gotta run.....check in later!

Hi GRAYWARDEN! Nice to meet you!

Weekends are my downfall as well. I throw all structure out the windown come Friday at 4:30 when I get off work. I don't snack as much as ordering out too much and ordering things such as pizza, potato skins, etc. And drinking too much...that's a biggie on the weekends!

I joined SparkPeople long, long ago, but didn't start to actually do it seriously until last week. And since weekends are really difficult for me, with all the boredom snacking I do, I joined this team.
