Hi guys!!!! Well my water running class was sucessful but I may have to re-do the video if it doesn't turn out well.
Tomorrow is long run day and I can't wait.
Food is still in calorie range, but that could change if i fail to make good choices later on tonight. As of now I've been really good.
Hope everyone else is hanging in there.
GOALS FOR 2009
Maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle (110-118lbs)
Run 1000miles in 2009
Strength train three times weekly
Run 2 out of Province Half Marathons:-
