Well, the surprise on Saturday was a massage. So very nice... I have been doing a good job with food this weekend, even at the group dinner with a bunch of neighbors (fruit for dessert). And although I didn't get my bike ride in, I got some exercise each day.

Tomorrow is my birthday, so that is my "cheat day", already planned, LOL! I want my birthday cake!

Hi guys!!!! Well my water running class was sucessful but I may have to re-do the video if it doesn't turn out well.

Tomorrow is long run day and I can't wait.

Food is still in calorie range, but that could change if i fail to make good choices later on tonight. As of now I've been really good.

Hope everyone else is hanging in there.

Hi KRYRED and Didi! Glad to see you here. I don't quite know what me weekend has in store. I've had a rough few weeks, and re-committed to tracking this week. I've also forced myself out of the exercise rut in the past couple of days. So I want to keep that up. But there are so many unknowns.

Today (Saturday) I am going to see my sister's horse show in the morning. It's a local one. Then, I am meeting a friend who made surprise plans for us today, in honor of my birthday on Monday. I know it will include dinner (but don't know where) but I am not sure what the rest of the day includes. I am hoping for a nice hike... Sunday will be somewhat of a lazy day. I want to get a good bike ride in the morning, followed by some time relaxing by the pool, before another birthday dinner.

If I can manage good food choices, I'll be ok. I think I can keep up with the exercise. Monday is a different story. I believe there will be a cake at work (which is definitely my weak spot), as well as another one at dinner with my family.

So what is going on with you guys?

Hi!!!Kryred64, I love "me" weekends!!! You'll do awesome!!

I have no parties planned either but I do have a crap load of exercise planned. I have a long run on Sunday and a water run clas to teach on Saturday.

As far as food goes I'd like to keep it as clean as possible...no processed foods or a few as possible!!!

This weekend there aren't any parties planned. SO I hope to stick to my weekday eating, log in each day, and exercise.
