Hi!!!! Another day of training and learning:))
It was an awesome day!! I got to my MHR (maximun heart rate according to training formulas) ....it was pretty intense. I even got homework!!!!!
The rain finally stopped this afternoon,but I think I'll be using the hotel gym instead of running outdoors. I'm really not familiar with the area and just don't feel comfortable enough to do so.
Breakfast was good and so was lunch, but dinner was Boston Pizza w/w fetticine and some kinda tomato sauce and chicken.....their portion sizes are outrageous!!!! I can understand why people over eat. They make it so easy.....
In all it was a great day!!!! Final day tomorrow.
I then have to study to write the exam and get a DVD of a class to get my cert.
DRC,I hope the rain stops for you to get out tomorrow.
So you're going to have the ENTIRE tour de France recorded??? Good for you!!!!
I'm so not missing cleaning!!!!! I love having someone else make my bed....LOL!!!! All mommy's need this once in awhile:))
Okay, got to go answer more mail, then to the gym!!!
