Didi-I'm glad your run was great! Today was kind of crappy here: wet and windy the whole day.
I read (not as much as I wanted) I watched some shows (didnt catch up) I went through a stack of bills and organized-and paid!-them (still have a stack to go) organized my vitamins (even though I didnt take any) and cleaned my water bottle (even though I didnt drink a drop of water this weekend). Reminds me, I need to bring oatmeal for work this week.

Hi gang!!!! I'm just about to get my shovels and garbage cans put away for the night as we're expecting ANOTHER Winter storm tonight.....sigh.....I guess there will be high winds, snow, rain, freezing rain you name it.

On the upside my run today with run club was great!!!! It was warm,sunny, no wind and I did enjoy myself. I did have to go slow as I was short of breathe without the use of a steroid puffer but I MUST be patient until my tests are done.

Food this weekend was not bad, but I do tend to relax around DH and eat stuff I normally would not.
There were treats but I'm not going to beat myself up over it.

Leane do you know I've never experience PMS to that extreme. I get a bit sensitive, but you'd never know it. That's what my DH tells me. He thinks he's the luckiest guy on earth because of it.

I do however sympathys with you as my dear sister suffers with it terribly, all the way through our teenage years right into adulthood.

Just pamper yourself and be gentle with your emotions.
I hope Jason is understanding.

Hey guys! I had horrible PMS all week which only accomplished fighting with Jay all week! Now I have horrible cramps (among some other disgusting side effects I wont mention.)
Not really planning on going out (I feel like complete crap.)
Catching up on a lot of stuff in my house:reading being most of it. And since my DVR was mysteriously deactivated, I will be catching up on all the shows I missed. (I dont really watch TV, but I have two shows I'm kind of into.) Tonight there are MMA fights, so I'll finish up the evening with that. I'll see how I feel tomorrow--maybe my list will expand some.

Good Morning!!!!!!

DRC, well it's over now. No more surgery. Now it's time to recover and get back to normal. Sorry to hear you're in pain:((

I was not chomping at the bit to run this week. I was so tired!!!!
Normally I'd take a day off work (teaching at the gym/pool)but we're so short at work I chose not to ask for the time.
I worked all week and recovery takes so much longer when the body doesn't get the rest it needs.

I feel so much better today after being allowed to sleep in.

I run with run club tomorrow morning....a whole 9KMS...seems like such a short distance, but it'll be long enough after this week.

Today, the usual errands and music lessons with the kids.
DH will be cooking dinner again this weekend (hey I won't shot a gift horse in the foot when there's help in the kitchen), but I'm going to have to watch his every move.
He has no concept of clean eating....only when I cook.

Well I should take off now,have a great day!!!

Well, remember when I told you that I had surgery on my right foot, and eventually I would have the same surgery on my left, but it wasn't scheduled yet? I had that surgery yesterday. So today the nerve block wore off and the pain started. So my weekend will consist of pain pills, but hopefully not enough to make me sick, like last time!

Did you enjoy your week off, Didi? Or were you chomping at the bit to start running again?

Tell me what you guys are doing, and let me live vicariously...

Hi!!! It's that time again!!!!

I have to put in my first run of the week on Sunday....a 9km run.

I have to re-start my training after a complete week of rest.

No parties or dinners this weekend...maybe a movie with DH.

So what are you guys up to???
