DRC, well it's over now. No more surgery. Now it's time to recover and get back to normal. Sorry to hear you're in pain:((
I was not chomping at the bit to run this week. I was so tired!!!!
Normally I'd take a day off work (teaching at the gym/pool)but we're so short at work I chose not to ask for the time.
I worked all week and recovery takes so much longer when the body doesn't get the rest it needs.
I feel so much better today after being allowed to sleep in.
I run with run club tomorrow morning....a whole 9KMS...seems like such a short distance, but it'll be long enough after this week.
Today, the usual errands and music lessons with the kids.
DH will be cooking dinner again this weekend (hey I won't shot a gift horse in the foot when there's help in the kitchen), but I'm going to have to watch his every move.
He has no concept of clean eating....only when I cook.
