Didi, you go, girl! I am going for a run this morning. Then off to a funeral. A friend's mother. Good to get me out of the house and I will bring food to them and get that out of the house, too! I made a food plan today, and intend to stick to it. I also began to read about band exercises. I bought myself a band to exercise with and have just started thinking about it. All of this is positive. I want to get back on track and feel human again! Have a great day, folks. Ta, Reggie
Hi, I'm with you on the dismantelling of Christmas!!! I love getting it together, but putting it away is such a pain!!!
I had a great run today!!! I got in a 6km run with 6x400 meters hills....WOO HOO!!!! I did get on the scale and yep...I'm so in my range(doing a victory dance!!!)
Having leftover turkey dinner tonight, then I'm freezing most of that bird for turkey soup. Wish I can say that I'll be back on track tomorrow, but honestly I won't be. There's just still too much Christmas holiday spirit in this house to do that right now. Guess it'll have to be January 3rd as planned.

Merry Christmas, Chris and Deb, too! Chris, I know what you mean about getting the Christmas paraphenalia out of the way once Christmas is over! I am looking at the work of dismantling this stuff, too. But I am going read and relax for the rest of the day. Tomorrow I will do it. I had an hour long walk with my man todal in the sunny snow. Not as warm as where you are but warm for Prince Edward Island. Ta, Reggie

Well, the last 1-1/2 weeks were a write-off for me, foodwise. Such is life. The moment I ate my last bite of Christmas Day dinner yesterday (3 p.m.), I was back on plan. The rest of December will probably be spent losing the weight I put on, then 2008 is going to rock!
I wish the anti-Christmas elves had visited while we were out of town and cleaned up all the Christmas decorations. Honestly, once the presents are opened, I'm ready for it to be done. But no elves, so I know what I'll be doing. Bummer.
I need to get some breakfast and get some work done. Hope you all have a great week.
If hunger isn't the problem, food isn't the answer.
Merry Christmas REggie, Didi, and anyone else who stops by! I am in the middle of unexpectedly preparing a turkey dinner. It's amazing what you can do with things on hand when you're given the turkey...
But at least we got in a nice hike in the atypical Christmas warmth--close to 50 degrees today.
Have a great holiday...
