That's right Kutey, What LamdaGuy say. Exercise and eating right works together. It may start with a build up in energy or inches or pounds. Just don't get discouraged. Read some of the articles as well and even the daily exercise feature. I read them all after I do my two mile walk. even get a partner. I'll be your partner. So we start tomorrow and you do your exercise and I'll do my walk.

Don't give up Kutey504 it will come in time. Use your nutririon tracker and remember that exercise alone isn't enough. I'm not sure what all you have done but you will see a difference if you are implementing all the tools here at your disposal.

A great day for you too! I have to confess that hte last two weeks haven't been a success regarding exercise (in fatc they were pretty bad) but I am working on it and next week I intent to go back in shape!
