Check out the Fitness section of SparkPeople. They list lots of upper body workouts!
The ones that I like the best are the Biceps Curls, Chest Press, Dumbbell Rows, Triceps Extensions & Pushups!
I'm going on a vacation to Mexico and I would love to wear a nice short sleeve shirt. My arms are okay but I really would like to tone them up a bit.
