Good morning everyone! I'm new to this group but have been a member of SP for 2+ yrs. This morning I was looking for motivation and inspiration to commit to the 10 minute exercise idea when I found this group. I thought if I could just get through 10 min I know I'd finish the workout.
This article seemed written for me. Last week I had a had a head + chest cold and fell back on old habits of no exercise, bad food selections and not tracking my food. But I realize I can't continue this pattern. So here I am, ready to get back on track, again.
