Good morning fellow Sparkies :) Well thanks to joining this group I took what would have been (planned) as a non-workout day and got moving (abit). Sundays are not a workout day but I got motivated and ran up and down the stairs several times then marched on the spot (in the basement) then did some step work (on the bottom stair) then went up and did the core exercises offered through this group. And lo and behold I did not die lol I admit that I am worth 10m+ of exercise on even my off gym days. I can do it!
