I joined this team because I haven't exercised in two years. Yet I use to be an avid exerciser. Now after two years of feet and knee problems I am ready to figure out alternative exercises that I can do. I had knee surgery in feb. I was told no more walking. I have an exercise bike. I plan to to upperbody and leg lifts. Anyway, 10 minutes a day is a start. Tomorrow October 1 is my first day. I need a plan. I plan to do 10 minutes in the morning before I head to work. It feels good to take control of my life again. Yahoo!
