Keep it up! That's a good time by my standards. When I walk, I go about that speed because it's a "natural" pace for me so that I can enjoy my surroundings and not have to spend the whole walk focusing on walking faster. I think of a daily walk as a multi-tasking opportunity to get some exercise AND relieve some stress by looking at the flowers, thinking through my problems, mentally planning what I want to accomplish in the next day and weeding out the unnecessary stuff from my to-do list. Also, it's a comfortable enough speed to do every day for 10-30 minutes without making excuses about being too tired, needing to give your body rest, etc.
Started today and walked 2km in 25mins....Dont know if this is good but I feel good about it... Could have carried on but it's very hot..90deg..so I was sensible. Will definately be doing this every day .
I have 3 beautiful Grandchildren and I dont want to be the Grannie who cant join in the fun !!
